Post-Thanksgiving Turkey makings

are probably something everybody needs as there is a mound of leftover turkey meat, white and dark meats alike. Do you freeze remians, reinvent, or just donate as is ? Well that depends as the whole re-do of the actual feast 11/22 can be achieved very nicely the next day at brunch or later that evening, but three full days well thats pushing it.

1) If you dice both of the meats together, add some kernel canned corn, diced celery and chicken stock served with homemade dumplings, its like Thanksgiving all over again, only different.

2) Shred the turkey and add barbecue sauce, serve on buns with melted Jarslburg swiss slices

3) Finely chop the turkey, spoon in mayo, curry, and a hint of cinnamon for a cool dip or sandwich spread

4) Be creative--add your own here:

'till next time,
